President's Gala Awards and Auction

Please thoughtfully consider joining President Jerald Jones Woolfolk for the 17th Annual President's Gala Awards and Auction on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at The LINC. Your participation in Lincoln University's signature event is dedicated to raising funds and awareness for student scholarships. The reception will take place from 6:00PM - 7:00PM. The dinner and awards will take place from 7:00PM - 9:00PM.

The 2019 honorees are:

The President's Award honors an individual, organization or corporation and will be presented this year to the United Way of Central Missouri and the Blue Tiger Athletic Club. 

The Corporate Award recognizes a corporation for their achievements in their field, as well as their support of Lincoln University.  The 2019 honoree in this category is Capital Region Medical Center.

Mr. Al and Mrs. Vicki Myers are the recipients of The Soldiers' Dream Award for their history of serving our community in an effort to help others achieve their own dreams.

Dr. Linda Bickel is the 2019 Professor Emeritus honoree, which is an honorable distinction approved by the Board of Curators.

For the first time in event history, current employees will be recognized for their service.  Mr. Michael Downey will receive the Outstanding Staff Award and Dr. David Heise will receive the Outstanding Faculty Award. 

The Legacy Alumni Award for an alumnus who has made contributions above any traditional expectations will be presented to Mr. Joe Outlaw, a 1961 graduate of Lincoln University.
